1. Concepts
Two formats exist. The Daily Drop is a daily roundup of what is live; Your Next Mission is one task per episode with the host inside the store.

Hook with Hailey and the app screen → US map (375 checks) → Houston, Dallas, Phoenix with a neighborhood map and three task cards → end card. 24s, one voice-over.
Your Next Mission episode · Maya
One task, one store, the host demonstrates the task. 12s clip + 3s end card. Text overlays per shot. Fictional location (Portland).

2. One Daily Drop, three platforms
Same clips and voice-over, different layout per platform. Clips are generated once; the layout comes from daily-drop.js --format.

1080×1920, 24s. Clean layout, no captions (the text is already on screen), 6s end card with disclaimer.
TikTok · 9:16
1080×1920, 21s. Everything above the bottom 400px (caption and sound UI) and left of the buttons. Burned-in captions from the VO. 3s end card, because of drop-off.
Facebook feed · 4:5
1080×1350, 24s. Mostly watched muted, so captions on and a more compact map. Hook text "3 areas. $2 to $9 each."

3. Character
Who presents? These are the Roamler agent personas, one per market. Hailey is the US one. Every persona has a reference photo, so the host stays consistent across clips (reference-to-video). Any of them can host US content; the market label only says where they already appear in messages.

Same hook, every persona
The Daily Drop hook (3s) generated per persona from their reference photo, same prompt, same app screen. Shows how well each face carries over to video and how the look fits a US sidewalk.

For example: Hailey does the Daily Drop, a second persona does Your Next Mission inside the store.

4. Voice
Same line, nine MiniMax voices. All are predefined voices (no licensing issue), but also not unique: a cloned custom voice is a next step.
5. Tone of voice
Three scripts for the same message, all read by Calm Woman. Mind the language rules from the blueprint: no employment wording, no "I made $X", fee per check, no hourly rate.
6. Angles to test
One angle per day, with where the figure comes from (see demodata/teksten.md).
